Our name is inspired by the Isle of Serendip, known today as the tropical island nation of Sri Lanka. Serendib is the old Persian name for this country and the root of the English word "Serendipity".

In many ways, growing up in Sri Lanka felt serendipitous and magical. As a proud immigrant, I want to celebrate all our cultures, and I'm hoping that when you stumble onto Serendipity Lane, you'll find the magic in your homes too.
